    Maybe kirk and or colpous doesn't have the funds/desire to participate in Cap raising and doesnt want to be significantly diluted. There could be a 1 for 1 CR which would cost large holders a big investment.

    I'd like a CR/consolidation if it allows TSN to control TSI. Annoying if the SP dips further prior to announcement though
