Well you couldn't trust "fiscal conservative" Rudd, who destroyed the budget with his handouts.
And you certainly couldn't trust Gillard, who continued the spendathon, introduced new taxes to trash industry, and ran at a stupidly high exchange rate that trashed Australian manufacturing.
And then people are asking can you trust Labor and Shorten, who is 10x dodgier than either of them.
