Wrote to ASIC recently asking why, they never did anything when I, and many others here, provided them with information many years ago. Got a letter back from them admitting they had received my initial complaints back in, wait for it 2013,......and that "subsequently, ASIC reviewed our original decision and responded to you on April 10 2015". LOL.
