re: independent valuation What's everyone's view on the valuation?

If Hall Chadwicks valuation is correct MSC would be valued as follows:

Valuation: $143,000,000

Divided by number of shares 1,571,093

Value per share 10.90 Cents

I wonder how much Vic & Co slipped Hall Chadwick to produce that number?

It is very interesting how they can value a project that has been in operation for a number of years, has done virtually nothing, has generated only around $1m in income at $143m!!!!!

What does everyone else think?
