Moloch, Thanks for pointing that out.
New calculations something like this, with cost base added as well
Column 1 Column 2 0 DISTRIBUTION 1 Sale proceeds $71,500,033 2 less past losses & cost base -$6,649,097 3 Taxable income $64,850,936 4 Taxc at 30% -$19,455,280.65 5 available for dist $52,044,751.85
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 0 Distribution rate 100% 90% 85% 1 Amount per share $0.49 $0.44 $0.41 2 Plus Franking credit $0.21 $0.19 $0.18 3 Total income $0.70 $0.63 $0.59 4 5 Tax Rate After tax After tax After tax 6 0% $0.70 $0.63 $0.59 7 10% $0.63 $0.56 $0.53 8 15% $0.59 $0.53 $0.50 9 30% $0.49 $0.44 $0.41
So figures become even more attractive to me to wait for the franking credit.
Wonder whether all the recent activity points to a sale before 30/6/16
