    So this would be one of the lenders converting part of their convertible note (around 2/3 Million dollars worth) at 8c a share, given this is at a 33% premium at todays SP price they must be pleased with the reports they are receiving regarding the drilling, mining and processing of Lavra ore? If I am reading this right...
