With management holding from memory 70% of the company I cant imagine them accepting a 'low ball offer'. They are experts at bringing concept to reality from what I have seen. So much work has gone into this behind the scenes I cant see them accepting anything anywhere near where we are now.

And for a company to come in and want to take over usually they will build up to a 19.9% stake which would be virtually impossible without selling from management which we would see as you saw recently.

A takeover really isn't a concern of mine but I just hope if it does happen they are thinking 500M+ because if they are successful with the launch into Sth America / India / China it will head there in time.
