Most stocks have positive and negatives you just need to look for them.
I call it like I see it, I’m not going to post some BS to ramp the stock up or down.
My posts are my view on what’s going on sometimes I should keep it to myself then again if I did I wouldn't have people talking me off the ledge and reminding me why I got in this in the first place. I still maintain DCC has big potential and is a good investment.

I wish more people would be honest in their dealing for example if you did say:
the developers application at council to build a 12 story office block next door
that would mean I could build a 12 story office block here too
termite infestation
less costs for the demolition as the termites have ate most of it
neighbours smoke pot over weekends
pot head neighbours wouldn’t notice the 2 x 12 story office blocks being built and there is more of a change getting it through council
number of break-ins that occurred in my street very recently
great business opportunity to start a security company, I hear there is 2 x 12 story office blocks being built
