All their documents contain paragraphs of legalesse regarding the inherent risk etc and that deals may not come off for reasons beyond their control blah blah. This probably means they could fall behind these words as a defence if ever formally challenged about what happens with deals.

All we can do is DYOR. Eventually the targeted company in any deal will reveal their hand.
The fact that Divan are not announcing TV2U in their online launches is in my opinion a valid concern.
But remember they are Eastern European so western style marketing may not be their strong point.

Also beware the Kool Aid sellers on this forum. In my opinion they give the appearance that some are so positive that they might be company related marketing type persons but that is just my impression and not a fact.

They may just be up-rampers but the run to 7c saw some extraordinary claims being made that I cannot see where the basis for making claims about imminent deals and massive SP spikes could objectively originate from.

I hold for long term and see the short term "noise" of what happens as a distraction but I also look for trends as the time line gets longer and longer to understand the likely culture of a company.

I see absolutely no reason for Divan to mention the name of the company behind the scenes making it all possible. To Divan customers Divan are the people who are making it all happen. They are paying TV2 for the right to do that, aren't they?
