The person asking the questions was probably a plant, they knew the recap deal was about to be announced and their brain storming strategy was that the banks would see those closure costs and just accept the 55c in the dollar from GSO and run. If that happened the greedy idiots would have kept their overpaid positions.
As with every strategy they came up with in recent years it was a failure, big time.
