Heres my take on AGS and what is going on here for the future.

You have a small cap exploration Stock/Company(lets forget about where they came from for a minute) with Cash and exploration tenements.

From now, possibly, out will come announcements with positive initial potential exploration results.

With that a rush of positive posts with exuberance and pie in the sky stuff in the posts on here start. The shareprice goes up. The smart shareholders pick their time, sell and move on.
The rest stay in the belief of what they had read in the pie in the sky posts and the "potential" in the Company Announcements.
The Company starts spending more and more.
The Directors keep on keeping on.

The Company keeps putting out announcements, the Company keeps burning into the Cash. But wait a minute, the cash is now close to all gone, doesn't matter, put out another positive announcement and follow up with a Capital Raise. Then more spending.
The Directors keep on keeping on.

Further in time
Wait a minute all is not as good with the actual tenement's potential and its time to move on for the Company.

But wait a minute the Company now has, next to little Cash again.
Doesn't matter, whats another Capital raise or two !

The share price has retreated back to peanuts and long term holders are left holding the can again.

Rinse and repeat and The Directors keep on keeping on.

But
Keep in mind where the smart shareholders sold out.! imo

Spot on MD, the new comers won't/don't realise how this company operates. We learnt the hard way. But there are always new players, come in spinner.

Been thinking, maybe JD left because his conscience finally got to him. Always thought that was the reason Ian Pamensky left many years ago. He broke all ties with Gandel Metals. Why?
