Having recently looked at the product...
Can see a few big issues
The large gotcha of 10mb / hour blocks.
Means if you have any background syncing on (and leaving phone on as most do) you are chewing 240Mb a day minimum (or about US$7 at the discounted special rates)...
This is a lot more than Vodafone AU $5 days....
Good for the company - but unlikely to mean much repeat business once people realise it.
I'm an Android user but the Android App only has 5,000 downloads, which is pretty darn average...
(And Signup is seemingly a problem for some users)
