I often see people make that mistake

If the performance shares get issued and/or the options get converted I can guarantee that everyone here will be very much in profit as the share price will be closer to 6 cents or higher

...and not only will everyone here be in profit, the company will be cashed up from the proceeds from the actual conversions.
