I know you bought this as a nappy company in its previous existence and have been waiting a very long time and naturally must be fretting over the price but the most sensible capital raising here is not to another company at these prices. A rights issue to existing shareholders is the fairest way for all shareholders, retail and sophisticated alike.
Paul Wooton is a credit to the company, but don't get to carried away on the riches of shareholders in Ocata. The company started in 1994 and struggled for years and I mean really struggled, even doing a share consolidation of 1 share for 100 (OUCH). You just need to look at the chart to see that those who made the most bought just before the take over. Many others would have lost money or broken even based on it previous price performance.
