"OK. He worked at ISS 2002 - 2004."
ISS actually terminated Peter's employment and completely wrote of the vCIS business in 2003.
"In 2004, he started working on BrainChip, publishing and granting the first digital neuromorphic chip patent, which became the company's first granted patent and has received 25 patent citations by leading technology players in the industry. Next."
The Brainchip patent seems to be heavily influenced by an earlier paper on spiking Neural Networks published by Dr Eugene Izechvich who founded Braincorp.
Under US patent law you must cite any relevant 'prior art'. Because the BRN patent was the first spiking neural networks patent all subsequent patents must cite it. It doesn't mean that the patent is valuable or will be used. In fact a patent citation is frequently indicates that the patent has been legally circumvented.
So you've pointed out Robert is one hell of a success. Next.
RM is definitely good at selling startups. How many of them succeeded is another matter. His venture with Peter (vCIS) was shut down and written within 18 months of being sold.
"This much I can agree with. He was one of the advisors to BRN and is certainty an incredible guy with an incredible career in finance however, there were incidents in the 1960's. IMO, don't know how relevant those incidents are to BRN.
Arthur Lipper was a 'pink slip' trader. Pink slips are mostly worthless scams. Since then he seems to have been some sort of money lender dealing with desperate small companies. He doesn't even have an office and works from home.
The 'incients' you refer to were related to one of the biggest stockmarket frauds of the 1960s
