seriously? why is everyone that is disapointed with their investment always keen to rectify the issue by suing someone? considering that the cost to sue someone is high (sure you can get a class action going which could be free unless you win depending who is doing it) However its not going to be fast and the company will get distracted from this law suit and impede them from actually doing the right thing. Just make this a lesson that needs to be learnt .
