No not one event.
We don't know but the best scenario for an extensive reservoir system being present is a series of massive sandstone dumps to be layed down over time separated by period of wide spread shale deposition.
That would explain why SNE 3, Bel 1 and SNE 4 have the same higher sand unit.
We don't want isolated channel sands.
We may have some thick well devolved barrier beach bars, these are good but smaller lateral extent.
But we don't know, just speculation on my part.
