Go back and do your research. One of the beaut things is that if you have a cement mixer truck full of concrete (which I imagine they don't just put random amounts each time), you simply add the prescribed gallon/tonne of concrete right there in the mixer.
Suggestions that concrete workers couldn't do this are ridiculous.
