I think the JV will sell the lease together to the highest bidder and Management keep themselves in a job…..
What are the other options? I just can’t see a major doing a TO of FAR just to get 15% of the lease.
I’m not saying I like it. I would much prefer FAR is taken over in its entirety.
Anyway we are just guessing and time will tell.....
