Right now shorting isn't even accurately reported to the ASX, so if they can't stand behind their figures and have made a disclaimer to that effect, imagine what difference a non compulsory disclosure option is going to make on HC?
It's a nice idea but the fact is that it does tend to get more nasty and personal when people think you are getting in their way. Making them accountable is something we should all try to do regardless of their disclosures. IMO.
