G'day LT1. I think the question you ask is too broad as it suggests that the objective is to remove steel reinf from all concrete applications with the addition of EDE CNTs.
IMO the move into other markets (apart from pavement type applications) will take some time and SOME of those will be successful. At this time it looks as though span structures such as bridges will continue to utilise steel.
But, who knows in the long term what this technology will offer....??
