For all those new to the stock:
BYR will not have to spend capex on building a plant, on equipment, etc, nor does it carry development/mining/operating risk because there is a very large goldminer nearby - Randgold - who will probably buy BYR assuming sufficient gold.
So at this stage a standalone in Africa with BYR's prospectivity would be worth around $30m IMO, but given the likely buyout, surely value is $60m-70m today?
