Your information is either insider trading or bullshit.
The fact you say you are buying next week suggests that ASIC should investigate who you really are as your 'statements of fact' are a bit too knowledgeable to be anyone but an insider.
'Deals were done that weren't good enough for shareholders': sounds like more bull, or more insider trading information. Tell people how you know all of this, or get reported, as it is wholly unsubstantiated information
