I always like to get advice from the experienced and your weet bix /cardboard and colon experiments
are enlightening to say the least.
As for the pumpkin soup I will have to pull you up there...........as I do NOT put the seeds in the soup
but save them for later after drying as a snack ( pepitas).
You can buy the pumpkin kernals already packaged from your woolies health food section if you like.
