As Warren Hallam says Wingellena is a 30yr plus project. When the time is right it will get started then go (and go).
What is a major plus for it, at the moment, is the very low long term fixed interest (bond) rates. That's what will make the project viable earlier.
I can't see it being built without being floated out into separate listed Co. Even with the growth in gold and Cu and project level partners, it would tip the ship.
Just two weeks ago at the AMEC conference, WH reiterated they have indication of South Korean batch testwork (just short of pilot level). Which reduces capital and operating cost on the conventional hydro-met (Sheritt Gordon ) process.,
