It has had its effect, and there may be slight ripples at particular junctures such as the enactment of article 50, but it will barely affect lithium from here. Peoples energy needs aren't going to change because of Brexit, the need for cleaner air, smarter power storage wont change because of Brexit. The companies that have started to transition into renewables wont do a 180 because of Brexit. The Murdoch controlled media for the most part is interested in creating fear because the neoliberals all want to EU to remain. How does Brexit affect the 6.7 billion people not living in Europe? For the most part, it doesn't.
