Mulligan ceases to be a substantial holder. Well isn't that interesting. It sure shows the effects of dilution doesn't it.
Although, dilution probably isn't so much of an issue to a director because they are paid a salary out of shareholder funds. I wonder if the amount paid through salaries exceeds the amount invested in the company through purchasing shares.
It's also interesting that the form isn't completely filled out. I wonder if ASIC or ASX enforce these forms being filled out in their entirety?
