This is shaping up very nicely indeed, and this acquisition took me by surprise and still to digest.
I hate using the word "synergy" as I hear it at work every bloody day, but it's easy to see the gold play underpins all the hard work and technical investment in Mauritania. AIM is a must now.

Additional financial terms are:  If Aura defines an Indicated Resource of greater than 1 million ounces a further payment to the vendor of US$250,000  A royalty of $5/oz on gold and 0.4% NSR on other commodities is payable on production from the permits, capped at US$5 million. The deal is conditional upon a successful AIM Listing or other fund raising mechanisms

Im very excited for the future of our little company. I almost lost hope for our July 2017 oppies. I think we could well be in the money in the money despite the AIM dilution.
