"I'm thinking settlement is still taking time, meanwhile they can't get the $20M loan finalised, so this will be bridging finance or a small placement i am expecting."

Let's see what comes about. Bridging finance or a very, very small placement at a price much higher would be suitable as long as the bridging finance does not cost an arm or a leg. (I've already sold my other arm and my legs to buy shares from off the market.)
