They've publicly announced back in May that they expect to get the CA and IDE approvals by end of June (with the usual caveats...). As each day passes it looks increasingly unlikely they'll hit this date - so management continues to lose credibility.
However, I'm holding - as whenever it does get approved - the patient approach will be better from the feedback, they have plenty of stock ready to go (sell) - and the SP will bounce big time.
