Although I see a lot of problems with CL8 and have been disappointed because of it for almost a year as I seriously thought it was a very good model and had a massive chance to be successful.

With recent announcement, I personally consider recent announcement as a plus... so I decided to jump back in...

Although I still have a concern...

While I was holding cl8, management (strictly IMO) was unable to update share holders regularly... IMHO managements who are happy to provide regular updates made it possible for holders to make informed decisions. Secondly, it has been ages for cl8 to start the process of acquiring a new business in similar space... but other than a minor position they have been unable to add value in this regard IMO... I mean if they are focusing on DMC alone they should have mentioned it... or if they are expanding by way of airport services that's fair enough... but a clear strategy would have been just nice IMO...

Anyway, lets see how we go...
