Yes it appears 5 was former resistance and is now likely to be support......
as for the lower ranges thats much harder to read.if you look at the Point and Figure charts you can see a considerable number of support resistance levels .....The idea is to count the times that a level is reached ,the higher the incidence the stronger the support...
