Significant announcement, not much sustained SP movement.
Perhaps people are holding off until the design and capacity is known but although the details as to the steel plant's capacity aren't available yet, I think it is safe to assume that it will not be small. Wei Hua Group don't do small, it wouldn't be worthwhile to them. Therefore NSL's 50% is going to be big. IMO.
Surprised by lack of initial SP movement but great stuff NSL. All this plus phase 2 operations and cash flow positive in Q4 edging closer.
