The Pacoota is the better reservoir unit. We shouldn't expect those sort of rates from the Stairway - at least not unstimulated. Fraccing (assuming it's not banned!) or horizontal drilling could produce significantly higher rates, but at a cost. For existing vertical wells, completion costs in the Stairway will be minimal so they might not bother with stimulation. That's an optimisation problem for the reservoir engineers to work out.
