Of course 1078 tonnes of NdPr is going to be exceeded in Q2 of 2016, Can't you see what's going on ... it as obvious as the nose on your face, that's right it appears they have held over NdPr from the March 2016 Quarter to include in the June 2016 Quarter
Production for March 2016 quarter was 2,567 t verses production December 2015 quarter 3,166 t - down 19%, or down 599 tonnes - was this 599 tonnes held over, to be included in the June 2016 quarter - it's certainly a possibility
Nothing beats a game of smokes and mirrors

it is appearing more and more as if Lynas is being run for the benefit of its REE-hungry creditors than for the benefit of its shareholders, and at some point, management will be forced to make decisions (if it hasn't been already) that are not in the best financial interest of the company, but which are in the best interest of Japanese REE consumers
