some of the wounds contained copper fragments.....bits of shrapnel would have been flying all over the place once the firing started, she must of been close to Monis an copped the collateral damage from the firing. ie bullets bouncing off walls and windows and objects....
Poor person was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.....when all the shooting started....
The poor coppers would have done the best they could under the situation they faced and the pressure and limitations they were working around at the time.....
