Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) hereby makes application for a suspension of its securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

• The Company makes the request pending receipt from ASX of in-principle guidance that the proposed acquisition of a third party does not require shareholder approval or re-compliance with Listing Rules 1 or 2 of the ASX Listing Rules ; and

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted
