Tom replied last Friday evening to an email which asked him when are you going to make an ann, the mkt is talking about the Divan deal collapsing.
He replied and I quote "No Divan has not fallen through and we are preparing for first content delivery as we speak"
All ann's especially price sensitive ones MUST go thro ASX ....hence on Monday SP went from 2.5 open/low up to 2.8 cents!
Little did he know that was going to be reposted on HC!!(Poor guy!)
Hence we get the sudden update today.
I also found his comments about SH very disparaging.
