SAM,
Yes, I am a little confused and concerned.
IPO,Trade Sale, Merger .....??? Just can't see what the advantage would be to have a lower TSN SP rather than a higher one.
The only thing that I can possibly think of is that if, TSN were to gain a bigger stake in TSI, that maybe it would be calculated on the Value of TSN to a ratio of TSI. For example,
TSN =1 and
TSI= 4
in other words, at a 1:4 ratio...?
TSN MC=$40 Million and @ a ratio of 1:4 puts TSI @ a price of $160 Million ...? (Approximates....)
TSN @2c and TSI @ 8c
Cheaper for TSN to get to that 51% or higher of TSI, rather than,
TSN @5c and TSI @ 20c
Seeing how it is all so intertwined, and with Garry being heavily involved in both companies.
As I said, it's all a bit confusing, especially with the "Gag Order" in place.
I could be way off ( and probably am), but could there be a merger somehow?
Does all that make any sense??
thoughts anyone.
Cheers
I have been a holder here since last year, but reluctantly post as I just don't think that I could add much benefit to the conversations,
as everybody here seems to have it all covered, but that thought above has been niggling at me for a while now.
