Still none @ 3 tho waz... all the quoted 3 trades are cross trades @ 3.05.
Don't know about the 3.1 vols being instos that missed out on the bookbuild. I've always thought the 4.3/3.1 tranches would've been offered at a 3.5 average to investors, not cheap for some and the 4.3's for others.
Tax advantages for investors of course, with the 2 different prices... pretty clever if that's how it was done!
I reckon it's just smart money lining up now.
