    Used to be two things you can be certain of - death and taxes....

    we now we can add...

    Hardman management will be very skeptical and careful about any good news they are forced to announce - and very honest and open and quick to inform the market about any bad news about anything.

    Oh - and I don't expect Tullow to announce any good news from Uganda until at least January 2007 - we may get plenty of bad news however.....
