sure there have been some significant progress made since the demerger

As regards VXL washout - SER's holding has been crucified - IMO a large distance needs to be put between the joint company secretary
and VXL shareholders, including SER's holding.
Ionic and SER need to be separate entities, otherwise the $20m+ costs that SER have built up over the years are void.
By keeping separate, the income SER receive from Ionic has a $20m tax holiday.IMO Ino
