I gotta head off for now but I will do a more comprehensive wrap up later if I get time.

As for DMAN 'demonising' the escrowed shares that are to be released at the beginning of next month; Uniquest hold the vast majority of them and I get the impression that they are chuffed with RAP and also am led to believe that management are much happier that they are held by Uniquest than by a broker.
