With the share price having slipped below the price of the rights, it raises the question of what incentive shareholders have to take up their rights. If shareholders have half a brain, they will unite and collectively refuse to take up their rights, thereby forcing a much needed management change. As everyone knows, the jokers running this company are purely self-serving, sucking salaries out of this company, creating value for no one but themselves. You would think that shareholders would have had enough of them by now.
