    Actually most recent announcements have come either around 2 PM or after market. Also the volume in NOR usually kicks off after 2 PM most days with only small parcels traded before. I expect today to be very similar and imo this should close at 3.2-3.4 today the way it is shaping up. If we do get an announcement could be higher. Lets see how it goes
