    the differences are that the device in the first photo, and the same device posted  to twitter and features in simon kantors hands, features a much shorter rotor mast, very thick blade grips and no control tubes.
    please see the below diagram



    the device that is flying has a much longer MAST, much smaller BLADE GRIPS, and features control tubes for each HUB. it also features a fly bar that attaches to the top of the MAST..
