re: new director sylvan I haven't heard of this bloke but happy to hear you have a good opinion of him.
How has he helped others in the past, what time frame does he work on.

Yes what's in it for him, will he take a large stake in it and how will he get it, will he buy on the market or help take out those that have holdings playing games, if any left.

Let's what the next few weeks bring.
