Put it this way if in unlikely even eagleview came to Australia to.undercut nea even without historical data and they take 50% of the business in Australia then in the position NEA is now in usa it can transfer most of its business to usa by undercutting everyone including eagleview. So imo it would be safer to.take over nea than spend millions to set up when it could use those millions to take over nea otherwise risk losing price value in usa. That's my thinking.
