Getting the share pice down from 13cents to sub 3 cents, running a cashflow disaster, being taken in with third world MOUs and failing repeatedly to hit deadlines is a fairly "good basis for my claims".
I actually believed the BS coming out in the announcements earlier but now unlike you I don't and have used most of my holding as a tax loss.
