Ravishankaray, most public schools have almost no security fencing; let alone what's gifted by politicians to the publicly funded private schools to which they send their own kids.
As for taxpayer-funded armed security guards at public schools; I'm unaware of ANY public school which has one - pollies are happy to let public schools kids be preyed on by anyone from paedophiles to mass murderers.
